Sebastian Bell

Co-owner, Registered Physiotherapist

Sebastian completed the Western Masters of Clinical Science in Advanced Health Care Practice in the filed of Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2021 to become an FCAMPT. Sebastian completed his Masters of Physical Therapy at Western University in 2016 and has an undergraduate degree in Honours Science from the University of Waterloo in 2008. He is certified in Kinetacore Functional Dry Needling, certified in acupuncture (Acupuncture Canada Institute), is a Kinesio Tape provider and has taken post graduate courses in soft tissues release, and Mulligan manual therapy techniques.
Sebastian is also TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Certified in order to help golfers get back on track or just improve their game.

Hunter Fassett

Co-Owner, Registered Physiotherapist

Hunter completed his Master's in Clinical Science at Western in Advanced Healthcare Practice in Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Therapy. He completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at Queen’s University in 2019, and has earned both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University doing his thesis research on motor control of the upper body in various populations. Hunter has achieved an FCAMPT designation through Western University's Masters of Clinical Science in Advanced Health Care Practice in the field of Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and is certified in Functional Dry Needling. With this background, Hunter is armed with up to date, and evidence-based knowledge to assist his patients overcome their injuries and return to the activities they love. Being from Northwestern Ontario, Hunter enjoys indulging in the adventures that the northern outdoors has to offer and can often be found canoeing, fishing, mountain biking, or cross-country skiing in his spare time.

Chris Sweeney

Registered Physiotherapist

Chris completed his Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 2023 at Queen’s University, and obtained an undergraduate degree in Honors Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Nipissing University in 2021. With the use of manual therapy, education, and exercise, Chris wants to help patients rehabilitate from injury and achieve their own personal goals. He is a North Bay local who is excited to return to his hometown and serve his community. He has a passion for health and fitness, and loves to talk all things sports. When not working, you can find Chris exercising or spending time outdoors.

Katie Rose

Head Administrator

Katie is a graduate from Canadore College’s Sports and Conditioning Program, as well as a graduate from Nipissing University with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education. She is always keeping busy, maintaining part-time jobs while in school and working at her family’s farm. Katie has a passion for sports, rehabilitation and enjoys working with people. She is very outgoing, encouraging, and just enjoys being around others. Katie has been recognized by her family and friends as an upbeat, genuine, and caring person who just brings smiles to everyone’s day. She is happy to greet all clients here at the clinic, over the phone, or online to make sure your experience at North Bay Physiotherapy is a great one!
